Welcome to my little corner of the world! I'm Kelsey, owner of Cuerpo de Sol. My work blends movement & bodywork to build body awareness, improve movement mechanics, & physiological understanding. I specialize with athletes, injuries, young adults, & motivated adults.

My studio is based in Smyrna, GA where I work with the public as well as Rio Volleyball Club to support athletic development.
I began working with the body 7 years ago as a personal trainer, which led to a B.S. in Kinesiology, mentorships in bodywork, and LMT schooling in Costa Rica.
Through personal injuries (ACL, broken back, TBI) I have experienced the profound impact bodywork has in returning to sport and operating in the day to day world.

Belief
I believe the depth of the body is unimaginable, everything connects onto itself. The power we have stored inside ourselves physically and emotionally is the passage through our pain and limitations. It is amazing how connecting deeply with yourself and the guided touch of a practitioner can open vaults, release trauma, and reset the nervous system. Bodywork is magical and I am continually grateful to all of the clients who have chosen to invest in their bodies, and to all of my mentors who have taken me to places I would have never accessed alone.
