Who is an athlete?

An Athlete is anyone who is driven to push themselves to the performance level of training. Being an athlete means you use your body to create and achieve, you do not settle with good enough. An athlete is constantly working to grow into their best self.

We can all be athletes, athlete is a mindset.

Athletic potential and outcomes are a product of numerous factors: mindset, emotional headspace, physical strength, mobility, reaction time, speed, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. At Cuerpo de Sol we work to train all of these factors especially focusing on areas that are often overlooked. Such as mental blocks, tension patterns, mobility, and balance with a unique style incorporating bodywork and movement training to develop awareness and improve athletic capabilities in each client.
